The utility company serves approximately 1 million customers across south central BC (Canada) and also operates a vast 7,000 km+ network of transmission and distribution power lines.
The electricity and natural gas divisions of FortisBC together deliver over 20% of the total energy consumed in British Columbia.

OUR WORK: When a pipeline incident potentially disrupted the flow of natural gas to homes across the province, our Vancouver multicultural marketing team executed a Punjabi language digital campaign to inform consumers in the South Asian community in the province.

The campaign included demographic targeting, graphics work, and execution reporting.
